• Hands-on treatment to relieve any immediate pain or symptoms

We Understand, Assess & Then Begin Treatment

We start with a full case history to establish a clear understanding of what happened and why you are in pain. I then do an assessment of your individual biomechanics.

Next, we examine your gait and posture, and palpate the area around the injury to establish an understanding of the full condition. The unique system of diagnosis and treatment of Osteopathy lies in our understanding of that makes the body work from a structural viewpoint, and to re-establish balance and pain free function.

Once I have discussed a diagnosis and treatment plan I will then start straight away in relieving your pain. I combine a variety of different techniques depending on what is most suitable for your individual condition.

This includes massage, mobilisation, spinal manipulation, and dry needling acupuncture. Long term support includes dietary and lifestyle advice, exercise prescription and natural remedy prescription from my Naturopathy and Food Science qualifications. Ergonomic Recommendations / work station changes are also provided where needed from my work as a consultant in this area.

In the decade and a half I have practiced I have treated all sorts of, aches, pains and injuries in every joint imaginable. Conditions include:

• Joint pain & arthritis
• Sports injuries
• Pregnancy & birth issues including cranial osteopathy for babies.

My focus is to get you out of pain as quickly as possible, before providing longer term help and guidance as to how to avoid a repeat episode.

In my time I have undertaken extensive training in cranial osteopathy (focusing on treating babies and children), and also added specialization in pregnancy related back pain, as well work station and postural assessment.

I am fully qualified and registered with GosC (General Osteopathic Council) and registered with all the major insurers.
